Details of the System

  1. Minimum Requirement

  • Any organization or individual having, computer, phone and Internet connection.

  • Duly registered and having paid the amount of fees for registration, refundable deposit and minimum membership credit points as given above.

  • Entirely agrees to Terms and Conditions for Franchisee and the Web site.

  • Not engaged or associated with similar business - both online or offline.

  1. Register online as franchisee, Franchisee ID is created once the registration process is successfully completed.

  2. Send cheque or draft as given above in the payment details.

  3. Membership Credits.

  • A franchisee is required to purchase a minimum membership credit points of Rs. 2500/- (or US $ 95)

  • Optionally a franchisee can buy more membership credit points as per requirement by sending payment accordingly.

  • Saraswatmatch.com shall add additional 20% points to your credit value.

  • For Rs. 2500/- you will have additionally Rs. 500/- (or US $ 20), thus a total of Rs. 3000/- (or US $ 115).

  1. Receive instructions and promotion material for starting to enroll members.

  2. Enroll Members

  • Free Members - Free Members enrolled through your effort will carry your Franchisee ID for accounting purpose. Subsequently, any payment received from them either through franchisee or directly will entitle you to receive 20% amount of the membership fees.

  • Paid Members - Paid Members enrolled by you will entitle you to receive 20% amount of the membership fees. Franchisee will have access controlled online system for enrolling free or paid members and will have the system to upgrade free member to paid member scheme of choice based on the limit of membership credit points.

  • Prospective Members may approach you directly for enrolment. You may accept cash / cheque directly in your personal or organizational name and give him / her receipt at your end.

  1. Franchisee Benefits. Franchisee receives 20% of the amount of the Membership Fees enrolled through his / her efforts, both for paid members and free members once they upgrade to paid membership scheme. In the latter case irrespective of payment being received through the franchisee or being received directly by Saraswtmatch.com.

  2. Online Members Support. Any query from the member side at the franchisee end which the franchisee can handle can be promptly attended to by the franchisee. Queries which can not be handled at franchisee end can be escalated to Saraswatmatch.com back office through the web based Online Member Support System or Online Support Desk.
