Free Membership is required to first register with the web site. This registration process involves filling single registration form.
The information needed is name, contact address details, telephone / fax numbers, choice of user id and password and e-mail address. This contact detail information is never disclosed to anyone else by
saraswatmatch.com.
Successful free registration creates My Account for the individual.
Free Registration does not provide the registered person with any matches for matrimony. To obtain matches from amongst the existing and the future members of the web site on an on-going basis, an individual is required to obtain
Free Membership.

Free Membership : Proper filling of My Profile section within My Account creates Free Membership of
saraswatmatch.com.
My Profile sub-section includes information such as personal profile, partner profile, family details, photograph and horoscope (last two being optional). Some part of this information is released immediately on to the web site, after filling and submission, whereas the other part is released after scrutiny at the back office for its appropriateness.
This information under My Profile section can be filled in and submitted simultaneously during the creation of
My Account immediately after Free Registration or can be filled in the interactive forms subsequently.
Information submitted as part of Free Membership will stay on the Internet for a period of one year, after which it will be automatically removed. After one year, one may renew
Free Membership for yet another year by registering again.
When a registered member finds partial or perfect matches in the
My Account section of the web site and wishes to communicate with the matches, the member has to upgrade to any one of the value added
Paid Membership schemes.
My Account - My Account is an interactive section (module) with controlled access for registered members which has a number of sub-sections (sub-modules) such as

Personal Profile Matches, Partner Profile Matches, Perfect Profile Matches and the number of individuals who contacted the member or were contacted by the member.
Few features/facilities of this section are not available to individuals who have opted for Free Membership schemes, as for example Messaging Center, which allows communication between members.

Paid Membership schemes have all the facilities of Free Membership as given earlier.
In addition, each of the Paid Membership schemes has facility for paid members to communicate with other members whose profiles match with ones requirements. This can be done by using
Messaging Center sub-module within customized My Account section (or module).
Members
can hide / unhide their contact details like address, telephone no.,
e mail etc for viewing by other paid members and e mail address only
for viewing by unpaid members.
Another useful feature of My Account section is customized facility for every member to track details of all other members who have contacted the given member or who have been contacted by the given member.
My Account section also has the facility of online customer support
to contact back office of the web site in case of any queries or problems etc., and the facility to
hide or unhide the My Profile information temporarily.
