Terms & Conditions ( For Franchisee)
 

  1. You will be entitled to enroll members to Saraswatmatch.com under Free Membership scheme and Paid Membership schemes.

  2. You can enroll members to one of the Paid Membership schemes up to your membership credit limit only.

  3. You can upgrade members from Free Membership scheme to one of the three Paid Membership schemes within your membership credit limit only.

  4. The web based online system will not permit you to add or upgrade profiles of members under paid schemes beyond your membership credit limits. Any such attempt done by you will be blocked by the computerized system and you will be entirely responsible to members for all claims, including money.

  5. Publicity items sent by us will be used by you as per guidelines given by us. We will determine the nature, quantity and quality of the material.

  6. You will collect membership fees as per amounts fixed by us and displayed on the web site. You will not collect any amount more than the prescribed membership fees at any time. You are at liberty to offer discounts at your end, as per your discretion at your cost. Revisions in membership fees, from time to time, will be informed to you.

  7. As franchisee you may collect membership fee amounts from the members in cash or cheque or credit card. You will immediately provide proper receipt for the same in your name.

  8. As franchisee you will not engage in similar kind of online or offline matchmaking activity.

  9. You will not send any promotional material not related to Saraswatmatch.com to the members nor solicit any other financial proposals with them.

  10. You will not replicate or use the identity material of Saraswatmatch.com or its promoter organizations such as logo, content, drawings, pictures etc for any offline or online purpose without our prior consent.

  11. We reserve the right to appoint any number of franchisees, including in the vicinity of your geographical location.

  12. We reserve the right to terminate your status as franchisee for non-compliance of these terms and conditions without assigning any reasons for the same. Refundable deposit will be returned in such a case.

  13. You agree entirely to these terms and conditions (franchisee) and the terms and conditions of the web site, including privacy policy and will abide by them.

  14. In case of any dispute arising out of this agreement, the case will be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue for arbitration will be Mumbai.
